Delete your Smolbrain account
From the app
Open Smolbrain, tap You, then Delete account, and tap it again to confirm. This deletes your progress on the phone and everything we hold on our server for you straight away.
Without the app
Email help@smolbrain.lol with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us roughly when you started using Smolbrain and which phone you used, so we can find your anonymous ID. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your Talk to Smol usage count
- Any answers you reported, and the question you asked with them
- Your record at RevenueCat, the service that tracks which plan you're on
Your progress, streak and chat with Smol are stored only on your phone and are deleted when you delete the account in the app or uninstall it.
What we can't delete
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records, as the law requires.
